Tufos / Pom poms

Estou farta de ver estas árvores malucas pelos campos da Bélgica e da Europa central, com os ramos invernosos adornados de tufos de folhas que até julguei serem ninhos.
Desta vez encontrei-as na cidade e consegui fotografá-las.

I've seen so many of these crazy trees in the Belgian and central European fields, their wintry branches sporting pom poms which I thought for a while could be bird nests.
This time I found them in the city, and here is a photograph.

Há em Varsóvia mais memórias de Chopin para além dos bancos musicais. Infelizmente o museu também fecha às segundas-feiras.

There are more memories of Chopin in Warsaw than the musical benches. Unfortunately the museum is also closed on mondays.

It is a bit unnerving to visit the many churches and admire the different styles, sometimes finding a façade or interior especially attractive, and realize that all of it, from medieval to baroque, in brick or stone, was built just now.
